CHASSIS:
TCTI build truck bodies to suit any chassis
cab the customer requires up to 13.5m in length.
ROOF & SIDES:
The roof and side panels on TCTI trucks can
be offered in many surface coatings. However,
the standard product is supplied with smooth
finish prepainted external skins of 0.7mm
thickness.This provides a suitable surface
for signwriting.The internal surface has a
coating of PVC plastisol 200 micron thickness
which has excellent abrasion resistance and
is food safe. Front walls are reinforced with
hardwood as required to support the heavy
refrigeration equipment. All panels are injected
with Polyurethane foam to an average density
of 40 kgs/m³
FLOORS:
TCTI standard floor comprises two waterproof
plywood skins reinforced with hardwood
support spacers and injected to overall
100mm thickness using polyurethane foam.The
internal wearing surface can be finished
with 3mm chequerplate aluminium or a
one piece leakproof GRP skin in a non
slip sand finish or premoulded chequerplate
finish.We also incorporate side kick
plates as standard.
DOORS:
Truck doors are offered in a selection
of surface finishes.These can be prepainted
steel or glass reinforced plastic, all
insulated with 100mm polyurethane foam.The
hardware supplied is generally of stainless
steel and can be recessed into the doors
or surface mounted.TCTI offers single,
double or our specially designed 'TCTI'
triple door which helps reduce loss
of cold air for general deliveries.
All doors come complete with airtight
gaskets.
REFIGERATION:
Generally fitted with Thermoking or
Carrier units. The customer however;
may specify the make of refrigeration.TCTI
will suggest the correct equipment
for use.
ACCESSORIES:
There is a vast range of options and
accessories available to tailor the
finish of each truckbody to the specific
requirements of the customers.
